The business had very little facilities management in the past, I am therefor very proud to be have been able to establish a team and turn everything around with fantastic results.

Heading Virgin Media HQ, Green Park, consisting of 127,000 sq ft of corporate office space, with a capacity of 1600 people following large scale property move from Hook. Implementing a new team and workplace culture, working closely with the Workplace Director for project delivery and continuous improvement on processes for the UK. From the entry experience and catering, to H&S, compliance and maintenance regimes. I have won many company awards and played a key role in moving Virgin Media to its new building which pulled on many of my abilities to get the project over the line.
Responsibilities included:
Leading a services team of 30+ people including Front of House, Catering, Cleaning, & Security based on site, plus others around the UK.
Building compliance, statuary regulations and risk management.
Supplier contract reviews across the UK.

Managing Tesla UK HQ near London Heathrow consisting of three buildings, overseeing the facilities and vendors for all services to the property. Additionally part of a team that constructed Tesla’s first UK delivery centre as designed by Elon Musk.
Responsibilities included:
Ensuring the building is compliant with statuary health and safety law and promoting a culture of safety within the buildings, especially considering the high risk environment the company operates in.
All other H&S aspects such as fire safety and first aid. COSHH control. PAT testing. Risk assessments. Personal evacuation plans.
Supplier management and budgetary control. Using custom in-house systems to track works and requirements.
Manage the continuing expansion of the business and teams adapting the workspace to best benefit the needs of the company targets.
Prior to being Facilities Supervisor I was Store Co-ordinator for the leading sales team in LHR. Taking care of all operations in supporting the team to carry their function. Running events, fleet operations, sales pipeline management and supporting the wider business with many other responsibilities which led to my promotion into Facilities, the first facilities role in Tesla UK.
I joined Tesla as a Product Specialist assisting customers with their purchases, hosting test drives, helping with events and visiting companies looking to go electric, which required a vary adaptable communication style.
